So, today was a successful first day of Lent. I am not going to report on every day, but really, it is nice to feel this way about my first day of Lent. I really want more of the Lord, like my friend wrote about today, and that's what Lent is about. But it is nice to feel accomplished with my goals I have set, even just for a day! I got up at 7:45am! This is a huge accomplishment!

Summer is amazing. It is relaxing and there's great hot weather, people go on vacation, kids are out of school, parents go a little nutty, and since I have been in college ministry, I get a break in the summer.
